i've contacted the company to get the exterior windows cleaned up. They responded very fast and the next day they came to evaluate and gave me an estimate. They communicate by Email and they gave you the estimated date for the window cleaning. If it's supposed to rain that day, they reschedule for another date. You don't need to be home for the cleaning. They E-transfer and direct deposit. I would definitely recommend that company as they are very professional and efficient and it's a fair price. Aside from being professional and meticulous about doing the job, Barry took the time to explain to me the problem with one particular window that was warped.
As well, he managed to get the basement screen back in the window which 4 people in my household were unable to do.
In addition, he took the time to explain why it was difficult for me to do and how to do it if ever I needed to remove and replace the basement screen. Now I can open the basement window and circulate the air. Thank you Barry for this!

When I told the owner that I wanted to definitely support local business he expressed his appreciation. When I had to postpone the cleaning due to outdoor work that was going to be done, the response was very positive and the owner asked me to let him know when the work would be complete - quote remained the same. Today, the window cleaner arrived on time and was very courteous. He did the work very well, cleaned up, moved furniture etc. back where it was and left in a timely fashion. The invoice was placed at the front door and I had the choice of e-transfer or cheque. The invoice was very clearly marked and instructions easy to follow.
